Had xiong's granny birthday celebration at 'The Neptune' which located at collyer quay before the government decided to demolish the whole building. The Neptune was under the group of meritus mandarin. Were shocked when we saw alot of ppl standing at the entrance, like to welcoming us, only to find out that someone was holding a wedding dinner. We felt blur till one of the waitress brought us to the 2nd level private rm. The 2nd level room allowed us to see the whole ballrm of the wedding event. And even the menu was almost the same as the wedding as xiong youngest uncle is the lawyer of meritus mandarin, he held back 2 tables at $450/table for his granny birthday celebration. As he is considered the member of the group, he is entitled to a 50% discount.
