Compensation paper today suxs to hardcore. Not that i don't know how to do, i just mixed up the appraisal chapter with performance mgmt. Shit! Worst, the most easiest qn: "purpose of conducting salary survery" turns difficult out of sudden, blank out, can't even recall what i memorized. Started to revise this a wk ago, whatever i have memorized had gone down the drain. Nabei! If Ms Tan not gonna close one eye, am prepare to take my supp. ~pui~
